The Head of Recruitment is a full-time, on-site role based in Azerbaijan, responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for academic and non-academic positions at the European Azerbaijan School. This role oversees workforce planning in collaboration with school leadership, defines hiring needs and timelines, and designs effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality, mission-aligned candidates. Daily responsibilities include managing job postings, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview panels, and ensuring a positive, professional candidate experience. The Head of Recruitment develops and maintains talent pipelines, leads employer branding initiatives, and builds partnerships with universities and other talent sources locally and internationally. The role also involves monitoring recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations, and continuously improving processes to support the school’s growth and international standards.
