- Support the preparation and publication of job advertisements.
- Conduct active candidate sourcing through job platforms, referrals and social media channels.
- Perform initial CV screening and identify candidates for interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews and document interview outcomes.
2. Interview planning and coordination
- Coordinate interviews with department managers.
- Send interview confirmations to candidates.
- Organize candidate communications and follow-up calls.
- Update candidate statuses in ERP system.
3. Process and project management
- Monitor and maintain vacancy records within the ERP system.
- Manage internal transfers across the Group companies.
- Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal and mass recruitment projects.
- Take part in internship programs and career fairs.
4. Probation period monitoring and training coordination
- Plan, organize, deliver, and maintain records of onboarding and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training programs for newly hired employees through the ERP system.
- Monitor the performance of new employees during their probation period and collect and analyze evaluation feedback in coordination with department managers.
- Complete processes related to probation outcomes, including confirmation of employment, extension of the probation period, or termination of employment.
5. Analytics and reporting
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare related reports.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of candidate sourcing channels.
- Provide reporting on time-to-hire and quality metrics.
6. Career page management
- Support Sinteks Career pages across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the HR team to create visual and written content.
