As a CCaSS team-member, you’ll be expected to ensure that all the required work output is delivered in a timely manner in line with or exceeding the key performance expectations assigned for you position.
- Conduct ESG diagnostics, climate risk and sustainability analysis
- Analyze client data, processes, and reporting systems
- Prepare high-quality reports, models, and presentations
- Support delivery of advisory projects and client engagements
- Participate in market research and identification of best practices
- Contribute to development of actionable recommendations for client
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Practical exposure to sustainability projects, including data collection, analysis, reporting and familiarity with assurance of non-financial metrics (e.g., ESG reporting, non-financial disclosures, or sustainability assessments).
- Familiarity (academic and/or practical) with GRI, SASB Standards, GHG Protocol, EU Taxonomy and/or other.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively in multinational teams.
- Strong motivation to build expertise in sustainability and ESG consulting, with a continuous learning mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines while maintaining quality.
- Willingness and ability to travel when required.
