  • Maintain and organize legal and corporate document filing systems and archives;
  • Register, track, and manage contracts, powers of attorney, corporate documents, and correspondence;
  • Coordinate contract approval, execution, and filing processes;
  • Prepare draft powers of attorney, letters, certificates, and other standard documents;
  • Support the preparation of meeting minutes, resolutions, and other corporate governance documents;
  • Assist in organizing Shareholders’ Meetings, Supervisory Board meetings, and related documentation;
  • Maintain registers of policies, procedures, and other internal documents;
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Department and prepare periodic reports.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field;
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Experience in legal, administrative, document control, or corporate governance functions is an advantage;
  • Good command of Azerbaijani and English;
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel);
  • Knowledge of document management and archiving processes;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
