Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary engineering activities across all project phases.
Review and approve engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and upstream project requirements.
Develop and monitor project schedules, cost forecasts, progress reports, and risk registers.
Manage interfaces with internal teams, EPC contractors, vendors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Support technical evaluations, tender reviews, bid clarifications, and procurement activities.
Participating in HAZID, HAZOP, design reviews, constructability reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering sessions.
Ensure all engineering work meets HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Lead resolution of technical queries, design issues, deviations, and change requests.
Ensure proper control of project scope, design changes, and engineering documentation.
Facilitate coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design integrity and readiness.
Oversee contractor performance, ensuring timely delivery of engineering packages and adherence to project specifications.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management updates as required.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering; a Master’s or certifications (PMP/Chartered) are an advantage.
8–12 years of project engineering experience in oil & gas; upstream experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of multi-discipline engineering, EPC execution, and industry standards.
Skilled in project planning tools.
Experience managing contractors and resolving technical issues.
Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
High commitment to safety and quality.
Local candidate; willing to travel to site when needed.
