Ensure proper coordination and communication is maintained between all disciplines including QHSE, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Operation, Drilling & Exploration, Procurement, Project Controls etc.
Ensure that engineering deliverables, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities are coordinated, on schedule, and compliant with requirements.
Identify interfaces between disciplines and ensure alignment.
Ensure design changes are managed through the MOC / VoR process.
Track and support resolution of variation orders (VoR).
Track progress of engineering deliverables vs. schedule.
Provide regular progress and risk updates to the PM.
Monitor contractor performance and highlight delays or risks.
Assist PM in preparing status reports and management presentations.
Ensure interface risks (e.g., between offshore and onshore facilities) are managed.
Support stage-gate assurance reviews and close out action items.
Provide technical support during construction, installation, and pre-commissioning.
Ensure Vendors RFIs (Requests for Information) are answered promptly by Engineering Team.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Project Engineer (or similar) role.
Experience in oil & gas projects is preferred.
Proven experience in engineering deliverables management and design review.
Understanding of engineering documentation.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to details.
Proactive and collaborative attitude.
Good problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Experience working with project control/scheduling teams to align engineering deliverables with overall project timelines.
