To define the organization of the project and to implement it, managing all personnel related elements of the project in particular the mob/demob of personnel, the Mobilization plan, the TAS contracts in close coordination with HR and relevant stakeholders.
To define and maintain the set of Projects specific procedures up‐to‐date and in line with CPY referential to cover the co‐ordination and control of Projects Services & Controls activities.
To control the preparation and review of the project budget and successive revisions (including LTP) and oversee the constant monitoring of project costs to record current status.
To manage and optimize planning and progress controls activities associated with the establishment and management of all Projects Schedules and individual contract Work Time Schedules.
To manage and control project contracts activities including the identification of prospective Tenderers, Call for Tender preparation, tender evaluation and award and all post award contract administration throughout to contract close‐out. To follow-up the potential change in term of contract variation associated with their cost and schedule impacts.
To control the internal and external reporting of the project to ensure appropriate content and quality of information and liaise, as required with other TotalEnergies Divisions, Partners/Shareholders and external authorities.
To define and anticipate the IT needs and services of the project.
To manage the document control discipline including the MDR follow-up and the time for documentation review.
To coordinate the activities of the Project & Controls team by informing, supporting and managing personnel in their roles, responsibilities and objectives.
To ensure development and deployment of strict cost / planning / DCC / Contract management systems and tools.
To contribute to the Project review and internal audit.
To act as focal point for ABSHERON compliance and ethics.
To act as P-ECSO for ABSHERON during the execution.
Insure CAR insurance contract in place during the execution.

Qualifications: Engineering degree or equivalent.
Professional experience: 15 years in major oil&gas projects.
Experience of contract, cost and planning administration/control: 15 years.
Experience in management of multicultural team within the international environment.
Languages: English is mandatory.
Good communication and good knowledge of negotiations are essential.
