Conduct financial and economic analysis of investment and CAPEX projects;
Evaluate investment opportunities related to fuel stations, oil depots, terminals, CNG facilities, EV charging infrastructure, and other strategic projects;
Develop financial models, business cases, and investment justifications;
Perform investment valuation using NPV, IRR, DCF, WACC, Payback Period, Discounted Payback Period, and other financial methodologies;
Assess CAPEX efficiency and support investment prioritization;
Conduct sensitivity, scenario, and risk analyses;
Assess CAPEX efficiency and support investment prioritization;
Evaluate the financial feasibility of projects and prepare recommendations for senior management;
Analyze the profitability and performance of existing business operations and assets;
Conduct post-investment performance reviews by comparing actual and planned results;
Perform market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis;
Prepare presentations, investment memoranda, analytical reports, and management materials.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment Analysis, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Project Finance, or Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A);
Strong expertise in financial modelling, business valuation, and investment appraisal;
Practical experience with NPV, IRR, DCF, WACC, sensitivity analysis, and financial forecasting;
Good understanding of IFRS and corporate finance principles;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English;
CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is mandatory.
Strong analytical thinking, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is mandatory.
