Manage performance of gas and gas-condensate wells, including identification of production anomalies,
troubleshooting and remediation activities and optimization of planned and unplanned production
deferrals.
Evaluate production enhancement techniques, including hydraulic fracturing, stimulation, horizontal and
multilateral well design, and associated operations.
Develop production forecasts by integrating reservoir performance, well performance, operational
constraints, and planned interventions to support asset planning and decision-making.
Monitor and manage well integrity throughout the well lifecycle by identifying integrity risks,
recommending mitigation measures, and ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory
requirements, and HSE policies.
Plan and provide technical support for well interventions and production enhancement opportunities by
assessing production uplift potential, operational risks, and economic value to support investment
decisions.
Lead Well Performance Nodal Analysis (Prosper), production network modelling (GAP), and Integrated
Asset Modelling activities to optimize integrated reservoir–well–surface production system performance.
Develop and implement surveillance strategies aligned with well and reservoir management objectives,
as well as field development plan requirements.
Collaborate with Reservoir Development, Drilling, Operations, Finance, and other functions to enable
integrated decision-making and maximize asset value.
Develop technical capability within the team by coaching and mentoring junior and mid-level petroleum
engineers, fostering technical growth, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in petroleum engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 10–12 years of experience in petroleum engineering, preferably in offshore gas or gas
condensate operations.
Solid understanding of gas well performance analysis and production optimization techniques.
Strong experience in well integrity management and well intervention planning.
Experience with hydraulic fracturing, well stimulation, horizontal and multilateral well design, and
associated operations.
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Proven experience working in multidisciplinary, multicultural, and joint venture (JV) environments,
collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
