• Support financial reporting and analysis. 
• Assist with data collection, validation, and reporting. 
• Prepare presentations and dashboards. 
• Maintain Excel trackers and databases. 
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc finance projects. 

• Recent graduate (within the last 3 years) or final-year student pursuing a degree in Finance, 
• Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Interest in finance, reporting, and business analysis. 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 
• English proficiency is required; Russian would be an advantage. 
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and solve problems. 
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
• Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and grow professionally. 
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities effectively.
