Manage legal and compliance services to meet commercial demands from management.
Provide relevant and commercially savvy legal advice.
Drafting legal documents, including Offer Documents, Terms & Conditions, Project Agreements, and other business-related legal matters.
Focus on delivering value to both the company and its shareholders in order to create a win-win situation.
Consult with external panel firms on contractual, commercial, and litigation matters
Manage the department's legal, risk, and audit teams.
Undertakes any other tasks and assignments assigned by management at their discretion.

Candidate must have (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree) in law and regulations or equivalent field 4 years of working experience in the law and compliance-related industries.
Must have (basic/fluent) spoken and written (Azerbaijani ,English, Russian). Familiar with Azerbaijan corporate and commercial law and litigation.
Comprehensive knowledge of corporate governance and compliance principles. Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani labor laws and tax regulations.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive employee information. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook).
Azerbaijani citizenship.
Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ethical conduct and a high level of integrity.
Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment.
