Assess operational requirements for each job and ensure appropriate manpower, equipment, and technical resources are available
Supervise and support teams involved in wellsite operations and job planning activities
Conduct pre-job and post-job meetings, communicating critical operational information to field and support personnel
Provide technical and operational expertise to develop effective service delivery solutions for customers
Coordinate the movement and deployment of equipment, materials, and personnel to meet operational demands
Liaise with customers to ensure service expectations are met and resolve any operational issues or irregularities promptly
Manage the engagement and coordination of third-party equipment and service providers
Ensure all operational documentation is completed accurately and complies with company and client requirements
Maintain document control, ensuring only current revisions are in circulation and that operational teams are informed of procedural changes
Ensure incidents, non-conformances, and safety observations are reported and investigated in accordance with company procedures
Track third-party rental equipment to ensure timely return to suppliers and effective cost control
Provide leadership, coaching, and day-to-day supervision to direct reports
Participate in an on-call rota as required, providing operational and technical support on a 24/7 basis

A formal technical qualification
Minimum 8 years' technical experience within the relevant product line, including significant wellsite or field-based experience
Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership position
Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
