Carry out subsea operations as part of a team, ensuring activities are completed safely and in accordance with the Subsea Operating Manual
Inspect and verify equipment to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures, and confirm equipment is technically suitable for planned operations
Work closely with supervisors to ensure well site support requirements, maintenance activities, and spare parts inventories are effectively planned and managed
Participate actively in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and operational planning meetings
Support onshore operations when required, including the preparation, maintenance, mobilisation, and return of equipment
Liaise professionally with client representatives and contribute to meetings and operational discussions
Maintain effective communication with Offshore Supervisors, team members, and the Subsea Operations Department to support safe and successful operations
Complete all required operational, maintenance, and client documentation accurately and on time
Share technical knowledge and support the development and competency progression of less experienced team members

Formal technical qualification in an engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum of 8 years' technical experience, preferably within the subsea industry.
Practical operational experience with Electro-Hydraulic and/or Direct Hydraulic equipment.
Technical knowledge gained through competency progression within a subsea operational environment.
Strong understanding of offshore operational procedures, maintenance practices, and safety requirements.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced offshore environment.
