Assists and supports under supervision:
Pre-award activities including support to the tender governance process, proposals team in terms of performing a commercial review of tender documents, reviewing commercial proposals prior to submission for internal approval, preparing commercial qualifications and pricing notes, coordinating commercial and contractual qualifications,
The timely submission of contracting policy approval requests, in conjunction with the Contracts function
Main contract administration, including correspondence management, management of change and the development/implementation of commercial strategies and profit improvement plans in accordance with client contract(s) and Wood’s policies and procedures.
Ensuring that contracts are set up correctly in the appropriate business system
Ensuring that invoices are prepared in a timely and accurate manner and include full contract entitlement,
The administrative development and maintenance of Commercial Handovers and Plans
The development of rates, estimates, pricing, and commercial model
The administration of risk management processes
The management and administration of Bonds / LoCs, Collateral warranties and PCGs
The coordination of contract reviews and the development of qualifications/redlines in conjunction with the Contracts function

3 A Levels (or equivalent) in relevant subjects e.g. Maths, Law, Business Studies
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Studies preferred, but not required. Knowledge, skills, and experience:
Working knowledge and experience in Commercial administration and procedures.
