Leading Financial Reporting Specialist

Prepare semiannual and annual consolidated and standalone IFRS financial statements
Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders throughout the audit process
Analyze financial statements, ensure IFRS compliance, and enhance reporting quality
Monitor new and updated IFRS standards and support their implementation
Contribute to financial reporting improvements, automation, and ERP integration
Support financial evaluation of new investments and ongoing projects
Identify financial risks and recommend improvements to internal controls and business processes

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
3–5 years of professional experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, or a similar role;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages;
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, and 1C ERP;
ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certifications are considered an advantage;
Previous experience in Big Four companies will be considered an advantage.

Working Conditions:

Working schedule: Monday–Friday;
Lunch and transportation are provided by the company;
Salary: To be determined based on the successful candidate's salary expectations.
