Onboarding venues into Wolt’s Platform. This includes contracts, photography, menu, translation and Wolt app training.
Building relationships with our restaurant and retail partners by training them on using our systems and keeping them up to speed on any updates
Ensuring our portfolio of restaurants and retail shops reach the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks
Developing our restaurant and retail partners and their business by using our collected user data
Being responsible for our menu-platform always being up to date with the text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand
Managing equipment inventory

Technical ability and logical thinking with an aesthetic sense
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience
Structured, detailed and service oriented
Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
Strong time management skills with efficient task prioritization
Located in Baku
