Drive B2B sales of IT and networking solutions within the Azerbaijani market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, including system integrators, retail chains, resellers, and corporate customers.
Promote and sell products and solutions from leading international vendors, including consumer electronics, network infrastructure, smart home, and cybersecurity products.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotes, and sales presentations in coordination with technical and pre-sales teams.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Actively support vendor programs, marketing campaigns, and new product launches in the local market.
Ensure accurate and timely updates of activities in the CRM system.
Represent the company at local IT events, trade shows, and vendor trainings.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT B2B sales, ideally in system integration or distribution.
Existing portfolio of clients in the Azerbaijani IT sector is highly preferred.
Strong network of contacts in retail, SMB, enterprise, or government sectors is a plus.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:
Good knowledge of the Azerbaijani IT market and key players.
Strong understanding of networking equipment, consumer IT products, and vendor ecosystems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bitrix24, HubSpot).
Basic technical understanding of networking, security, and IT infrastructure solutions.
Confident in preparing commercial offers and product demos.
Languages:

Russianis a strong advantage.
Other Requirements:
Availability to travel for business within Azerbaijan.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is a plus.
