Provision of legal advice to the clients on various legal issues, including but not limited to, regulatory permits and licensing requirements, marketing and promotion, corporate and labour;
Legal assistance in M&A projects.
Coordination of work on multiple client engagements.
Business development.
Review of legal advice, reports and other deliverables prepared by junior staff;
Development and training of junior staff.

Demonstrate leadership skills and serve as a role model for junior team members.
Exhibit resilience and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.
Utilize IT skills, particularly Excel and Word, for data analysis and reporting.
Contribute to business development activities by identifying opportunities and building client relationships.
LLM degree.
Minimum of 6 years of experience. Experience in a legal consulting, preferably in an international law (audit) firm.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Azerbaijani.
