The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

• Education: MSc in Earth sciences (geophysics, geology, exploration etc.) OR MSc in technical area: applied math, physics, engineering, logistics.
• At least 4 years’ experience in industry (same as above), participation in transformation projects is a strong plus.
• Understanding of industry concept (value chain, business segments) is a must.
• Basic understanding of economics: P&L, NPV.
• Critical thinking, ability to work in multitasking regime.
• Leadership, ability to work independently.
