  • Organizing accounting records and ensuring accurate preparation of financial statements;
  • Analyzing the financial and economic activities of the company;
  • Ensuring accurate accounting of cash flows, inventory, and fixed assets;
  • Ensuring compliance with tax and financial legislation;
  • Implementing internal control procedures and ensuring financial discipline;
  • Accurate preparation of initial accounting documents and managing document circulation;
  • Budget planning and monitoring financial expenses;
  • Proper preparation of payroll, social insurance payments, and other salary-related reports;
  • Implementing accounting software and managing information systems;
  • Organizing financial and tax audits, and verifying compliance of accounting records with relevant standards and regulations;
  • Conducting investment and financial analyses, preparing forecasts and risk assessments to support financial decision-making;
  • Developing and applying strategies in accounting and finance, and implementing measures to optimize financial performance;
  • Protecting accounting records, ensuring adherence to security protocols, and managing archiving processes;
  • Documenting economic transactions and developing methodologies for preparing internal accounting reports;
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the management.



Additional Information:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday, including public holidays as per the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Workplace: “Bakinity Distribution” LLC
  • Salary: Competitive and based on the candidate’s competence

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Higher education in Finance or Accounting;
  • Certified Professional Accountant (CPA or equivalent);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and accounting roles;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; English proficiency at a level appropriate to the job requirements (reading, writing, speaking);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs;
  • Experience working with 1C and CRM software systems;
  • Strong management skills;
  • Analytical thinking and ability to make independent decisions;
  • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities;
  • Ability to work in a team environment and support leadership.
