  • Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Supervise administrative staff and assign tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant working environment.
  • Coordinate with HR on administrative procedures and recruitment support.
  • Oversee document management, including filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Support company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, health and safety standards.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
