Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions, supported by technical documentation.
Provide technical data during the project initiation phase and address any discrepancies between plans and field conditions.
Ensure feasibility of installations, technical service compatibility, and regulatory compliance.
Continuously update engineering documents and verify material orders throughout the project.
Prepare technical parts of tender documents during the sales phase and participate as a technical expert in customer meetings.
Ensure compliance with local legislation, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Mitigate technical errors and quality issues by taking appropriate measures.
Participate in internal training sessions, contribute to the engineering knowledge base, and share expertise with the team.
Location: AGA Business Center, Baku, Azerbaijan
Job Type: Full-time
Work schedule: 5 / 7; 9:00-18:00

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields).
Initial-level engineering and project experience
Proficiency in engineering software.
Strong ability to prepare, analyze, and present technical documentation.
Effective collaboration skills with sales and project teams.
Understanding of local regulatory frameworks, safety, and environmental standards.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a technical level.
Leadership and team management skills (a plus).
