University degree in a relevant field: Engineering, Information Systems, Agricultural Management, Computer Science or related discipline.
At least 5 years of professional experience in designing and implementing management systems for technical equipment or vehicles, preferably in the agricultural or public sector.
Working knowledge of English
National of Azerbaijan or resident in the country with a valid work permit.
