- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current practices in technical equipment and vehicle management, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- Design and develop an appropriate registration system for technical equipment and vehicles using the specified technologies.
- Provide recommendations on best practices for maintaining accurate records and ensuring the efficient management of assets.
- Create a roadmap for implementing the registration and management system, outlining timelines, required resources, and potential challenges.
- Ensure remote access capabilities for the existing software application.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the system and provide feedback for future improvements.
Xüsusi tələblər
- University degree in a relevant field: Engineering, Information Systems, Agricultural Management, Computer Science or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in designing and implementing management systems for technical equipment or vehicles, preferably in the agricultural or public sector.
- Working knowledge of English
- National of Azerbaijan or resident in the country with a valid work permit.
