- Design, implement, and maintain recruitment automation workflows using platforms such as N8N, Make, or Zapier to optimize key talent acquisition processes such as candidate sourcing, CV parsing, interview scheduling, stakeholder notifications, and hiring pipeline reporting.
- Build custom dashboards and front-end recruitment interfaces using tools like Tooljet to enable real-time tracking and decision-making.
- Integrate external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Calendly, Slack, email services, ATS/HRIS platforms) via APIs and webhooks to unify recruitment data and enable seamless communication across systems.
- Analyze current recruitment operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and repetitive tasks, then translate these findings into robust low-code solutions.
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team, and operations teams to align automation initiatives with hiring goals, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
- Establish and maintain best practices for low-code development in a high-growth talent environment, including documentation, change management, and stakeholder training.

- Demonstrated experience with low-code platforms (e.g., N8N, Make, Zapier, Tooljet, Bubble) and automation frameworks, with a focus on recruitment or HR use cases.
- Proficient in JavaScript for scripting and custom logic within low-code environments.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols commonly used in recruitment systems (e.g., OAuth, API tokens).
- Experience conducting functional testing, user acceptance testing, and iterative deployment cycles to ensure solution reliability.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills – able to translate recruitment needs into technical solutions and collaborate effectively with both tech and non-tech audiences.
- Self-starter with a process-improvement mindset and a bias for action in a fast-paced HR tech environment.
