Administrative & Organizational Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Principal and school leadership team.
- Organize meetings, appointments, schedules, and school events.
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure proper document management.
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate communication between the Principal, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Assist in organizing internal and external meetings and events.
Operational Support
- Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks and ongoing projects.
- Support the implementation of school procedures and administrative processes.
- Ensure smooth office operations and assist with daily organizational needs.
Reporting & Documentation
- Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and official documents.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and records.
- Support data collection and administrative reporting processes.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with academic and administrative departments.
- Support teamwork and collaboration within the school environment.
- Ensure continuity of administrative operations when required.
