Discuss and contribute to decisions on how identified student needs are addressed
Implement strategies to support students’ self-esteem and confidence-building activities
Monitor student attendance and punctuality
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports and evaluations
Prepare the classroom for learning activities
Provide academic guidance to students individually and/or in groups regarding curriculum requirements, subject selection, academic policies and procedures, and school resources

A university degree or equivalent
Minimum intermediate level of English
Teaching experience in secondary education is preferred
Strong knowledge and/or experience and/or enthusiasm to teach in the IB MYP/DP curriculum framework
Intercultural awareness and well-developed interpersonal skills
Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
