Marketing strategy

  • Lead brand consistency and manage brand identity across all channels;
  • Provide marketing goals and objectives that align with the overall business objectives;
  • Provide a social media roadmap for the brand positioning;
  • Participate in implementing specific projects and procedures to align the workforce with the strategic goals.

Creative management

  • Execute the process of briefing for creating the content plan;
  • Execute the process of briefing for creating the style of video content;
  • Provide the process of determining the release of creative work;
  • Execute the process of creating and editing wording content at different assets.

Digital activities

  • Lead and execute the process of briefing and creation for content for website;
  • Lead and execute the social media advertising process;
  • Provide the procedure for working with email marketing;
  • Approve the process of communicating and cooperating with influencers;
  • Provide the process of partnership with external digital channels, partners, organizations, etc.


Administrative

  • Create marketing reporting;
  • Analysis and audit of the result of the content marketing.

Offline marketing

  • Provide and lead the process of briefing for procurement issues;
  • Provide the process of creating of promotional materials list;
  • Lead the process of creating design for outdoor placement;
  • Lead the process of creating design or script for promoting on TV and radio;
  • Provide a process of offline marketing events.


Location: Baku, Bayil Bay, Gurban Abbasov 5, 6th floor

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English;
  • Proficiency in MS Office package;
  • Expertise in Facebook Business Suite, SEO, and other digital marketing tools;
  • offExperience with CRM systems and website admin panels.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Capacity to receive positive, constructive feedback;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Must be extremely organized, self-motivated and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment while managing constantly shifting priorities;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
