Strategic Recruitment Leadership
- Develop and implement the school’s recruitment strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Forecast staffing needs and create annual recruitment plans for all departments.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position EAS as a top workplace in the education sector.
Operational Recruitment Management
- Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including vacancy announcements, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Ensure timely and high-quality hiring for academic, administrative, and leadership roles.
- Supervise and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring productivity and professional growth.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Create and continuously update recruitment policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance and implement improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with department heads and school leadership to understand recruitment needs.
- Ensure excellent communication and coordination throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the Recrutiment Department in internal and external meetings related to talent acquisition.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee integration, engagement, and retention.
