Lead the deployment and optimization of the consumer-centric digital ecosystem, ensuring superior digital consumer experience and analyzing metrics for continuous improvement.
Regularly evaluate digital consumer journeys based on commercial and consumer KPIs.
Coordinate integration and collaboration among digital tools and platforms within the RRP and RMC digital ecosystem.
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the RRP and RMC digital ecosystem, including DES development and management of referrals, marketplaces, and consumer data.
Maximize user acquisition and retention, effective utilization of digital platforms, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with agencies to ensure support for JTI brands and alignment with brand objectives.
Manage digital budget, ensuring proper monitoring, evaluation and monthly reporting of activation programs.
Oversee investment allocation approval process to ensure ROI and alignment with brand objectives.

5+ years of digital marketing experience (FMCG is an advantage)
Strong project management and coordination skills
Good understanding of digital tools (CRM, E-commerce, Analytics, Social media)
