  • Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports, briefing materials, and executive communications. Coordinate interactions with shareholders, clients, contractors, partners, and other stakeholders. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence gathering. Prepare executive briefing materials for conferences, meetings, forums, and stakeholder engagements, including stakeholder profiles, key discussion points, speaking notes, executive messages, and potential business opportunities.
  • Executive & Business Coordination:
  • Manage the General Manager’s calendar, travel arrangements, meetings, and priorities. Coordinate management meetings, workshops, executive visits, and stakeholder engagements. Drive follow-up of key business actions, strategic initiatives, management decisions, and stakeholder commitments to ensure timely execution. Prepare meeting summaries, action registers, and executive briefings. Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 3–7 years of professional experience.
  • Experience working with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in oil & gas, energy, or service industries is an advantage.

  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office, AI, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to transform ideas into professional presentations, reports, speeches, and business documents.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • High level of professionalism, maturity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Languages
  • Fluent Azerbaijani and English.
  • Russian is preferred.
  • Chinese is an advantage.
