Proactively manage and coordinate the CEO’s diary by prioritizing and scheduling internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements and briefing materials are prepared in advance.
Conduct regular meetings with the CEO to review upcoming engagements, invitations, and requests for the CEO’s time, and respond to invitations accordingly.
Schedule meetings between the CEO, direct reports, committees, and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings and engagements by providing relevant briefing notes and documentation.
Actively participate in office management and handle general administrative and clerical tasks.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve administrative and clerical matters efficiently.
Meet and greet the CEO’s guests and ensure they are appropriately welcomed and assisted.
Maintain accurate records of documents, correspondence, and electronic files on behalf of the CEO

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required skills:
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages is required, Russian – is an advantage.
Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office management tool
