  • Proactively manage and coordinate the CEO’s diary by prioritizing and scheduling internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements and briefing materials are prepared in advance.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the CEO to review upcoming engagements, invitations, and requests for the CEO’s time, and respond to invitations accordingly.
  • Schedule meetings between the CEO, direct reports, committees, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings and engagements by providing relevant briefing notes and documentation.
  • Actively participate in office management and handle general administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve administrative and clerical matters efficiently.
  • Meet and greet the CEO’s guests and ensure they are appropriately welcomed and assisted.
  • Maintain accurate records of documents, correspondence, and electronic files on behalf of the CEO

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required skills:

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages is required, Russian – is an advantage. 
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office management tool
