  • Execute customized full cycle recruiting process partnering closely with functional hiring managers to achieve hiring goals and targets;
  • Forecast and plan hiring needs in business units;
  • Find and engage talents through most efficient sourcing channels;
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally;
  • Collaborate with the recruitment agencies on hiring needs where necessary;
  • Execute employer branding activities;
  • Organize and attend career days and recruitment events;
  • Ensure alignment of recruitment and selection process on organizational needs, recruitment plan, personnel budget, company policy and procedures.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Higer Education
  • Education in HR field, related trainings and international certifications are preferable
  • Strong interviewing skills. 
  • Knowledge and expertise in competency based selections is must
  • Knowledge and experience with key recruitment metrics
  • Knowledge and experience on other HR functions and processes is a big plus
  • To be familiar with employment code and regulations
  • 1 to 2 year experience Talent Acquisition roles
  • Experience in recruiting on various levels including expert and managerial roles.
  • Experience in working with third-parties and recruitment agencies
  • Knowledge of MS Office Programmes 
  • Fluent Azerbaijani and English languages, Russian language is preferable
