Analysis of legislation and advising clients on various matters from Azerbaijani law perspective;
Preparation of legal memorandums, opinions, letters;
Review and draft a wide range of contractual agreements tailored to meet the unique requirements of each business transaction;
Legal assistance during M&A transactions and legal due diligence projects;
Preparation of legislative updates/alerts;
Performance of corporate registration and de-registration exercises;
Representation before various state bodies, including notaries, migration offices, registration authorities;
Assisting the clients to obtain the required licences and permits.

Law degree in Azerbaijani law;
Master degree from the university listed in the world's top universities rankings (such as ARWU, THE, QS) is an advantage;
Minimum of 3 years’ working experience practicing Azerbaijani law;
Advanced working knowledge of English and Azerbaijani language (including legal writing skills). Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, attentiveness to detail;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
