• Design and execute tests to verify the functionality and reliability of satellite parts.

Inspections and Tests:
• Conduct thorough inspections of satellite components at various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Perform dimensional and functional tests to ensure that components meet specified requirements.
• Utilise testing equipment and tools to assess the quality of materials and assemblies.

• Identify and document non-conformances during inspections and tests.

• Work closely with design and manufacturing teams to investigate and address non-conformances promptly.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future quality issues.

• Documentation Management 

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of quality control processes, inspections, and test results.

• Generate reports summarizing quality performance and highlighting areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all documentation.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and manufacturing, to address quality concerns and implement improvements.

• Participate in design reviews to provide input on potential quality issues early in the development process.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding quality standards and processes.

• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality management system.

• Analyze data from inspections and tests to identify trends and areas for process optimization.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and best practices to incorporate into the quality assurance process.

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

• Experience in quality assurance, preferably in aerospace or satellite manufacturing.

• Proficiency in quality control methods, testing techniques, and industry standards.

• Understanding of relevant technical specifications
