- Provide expert advice on tax-efficient business structures and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for tax savings and recommend appropriate strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Understand clients' financial goals and objectives, and tailor tax solutions accordingly.
- Communicate complex tax matters to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on tax issues, interpret tax legislation, and provide insights on the implications for clients.
- Analyze financial data and transactions to assess tax implications.
- Stay informed about international tax developments that may impact clients with cross-border activities.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Assist clients in responding to tax inquiries, audits, and assessments by tax authorities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate tax records and documentation for clients.
- Ensure clients meet all tax-related reporting requirements.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues within the consulting firm, including lawyers, accountants, and financial analysts, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior tax advisors and interns.
