Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, conducting pre-screening of background, identification of risks and evaluation of current and new potential suppliers;
Developing and maintaining an effective filing system for the contracts;
Assisting Procurement team in day to day activities, e.g. payments, submission of expense reports, follow ups with relevant internal and external stakeholders;
Supporting several new and ongoing projects related to Travel & Procurement;
Maintaining good relations with travel partners/suppliers.
Xüsusi tələblər
University degree in Management Engineering, Economics (any previous Procurement-related experience will be considered as a plus);
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
Good proficiency in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
