Work on different projects and media using the latest software to develop innovative graphic designs that meet the company’s business goals
Work independently and collaborate with the marketing team as and when required
Schedule projects based on priority to balance the workload, which might include three or more simultaneous projects
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
Manage media inquiries and interview requests
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Oversee social media accounts design
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

1 year of experience as a graphic designer
Experience with computer-aided design
Familiarity with Illustrator and InDesign
Proficiency in Photoshop
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Thorough understanding of marketing, website design, production, corporate identity, advertisements, product packaging, and multimedia design.
Azerbaijani citizenship.
Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ethical conduct and a high level of integrity.
Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
