- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 7+ years of work experience in the food & beverage production industry;
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within FMCG industry;
- Experience across all sales channels (modern trade, traditional trade, HORECA, wholesales, etc.);
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Result-oriented mindset with a passion to achieve and exceed targets;
- Analytical & problem solving skills;
- Strategical thinking abilities and multi-tasking skills;
- Strong team leadership skills.
