  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give support when requested
  • Sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Preparation of biding documentation
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies
  • Monitor on going bids
  • Communication with potential clients

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Proven experience in industrial, marine, oil-gas field sales-purchasing; experience as a sales- purchasing or in related administrative positions will be considered as an advantage
  • Advance computer user (MS Office, Excel)
  • Proficiency for English and/or Russian is an advantage
  • Well-organized and responsible with an attitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • No gender preferences 
  • Age: 25-45
  • Working days: 5/7
  • Working time: 09:00 - 18:00
