To include costs to ERP system in accordance with invoices
To investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders
To prepare reconciliation acts/reports with vendors/clients
Monthly closing (AP Clearing Report; wrongly inputted deferred invoices and unpaid pre-payment invoices)
To ensure month end close, related entries and account reconciliation and analysis
To analyze AP Trial balance report with relevant stakeholders
To analyze open pre-payments with Contracting/Procurement & relevant stakeholders
Establishment of suppliers in the system modules (local and foreign) base on provided information (contract,İD card,Bank details).
To maintain proper documentation related to control activities and accounting entries posted to General Ledger
To work closely with Company’s external auditors to support annual audit
To carry out other tasks related to the position assigned by management
To respect and follow internal regulations and procedures
To follow and maintain all the Companies Policies and Procedures
To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management
To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions
To keep confidentiality of the company data
