  • Analyze big data and generate customer insights to advise solution and present this insight back to stakeholders.
  • Make recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes, increase sales & customer engagement and retention.
  • Develop and manage customer segmentation, loyalty programs and customer roadmap, including strategic and tactical initiatives to grow customer lifetime value.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end segmented CRM campaigns, including planning, execution, and evaluation, to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and offer strategy.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and data-driven experiments to optimize campaign performance and improve key metrics.
  • Monitor campaign results and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and future campaign strategies.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Administration, MIS, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field)
  • Proven work experience as a CRM Analyst, CRM Campaign Specialist, CRM Marketer, Marketing Analytics or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries are required
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong expertise in CRM campaign management, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis
  • Experience with data segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies within CRM systems
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving campaign goals
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and skills
  • Interest in sport and virtual games is preferred
