Analyze big data and generate customer insights to advise solution and present this insight back to stakeholders.
Make recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes, increase sales & customer engagement and retention.
Develop and manage customer segmentation, loyalty programs and customer roadmap, including strategic and tactical initiatives to grow customer lifetime value.
Develop and implement end-to-end segmented CRM campaigns, including planning, execution, and evaluation, to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and offer strategy.
Design and execute A/B tests and data-driven experiments to optimize campaign performance and improve key metrics.
Monitor campaign results and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and future campaign strategies.

Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Administration, MIS, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field)
Proven work experience as a CRM Analyst, CRM Campaign Specialist, CRM Marketer, Marketing Analytics or in a similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries are required
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
Strong expertise in CRM campaign management, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis
Experience with data segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies within CRM systems
Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
