Participate in the HR Information System Roadmap Design
Deliver solutions for HR data integration and data analytics
Analysis of HR processes for the purpose of their automatization and digitalization
Implementation of HR automatization and digitalization projects
Working out HR analytics framework, plan and info-system aligned to business plan
Preparing regular HR analysis and reporting including HR forecasting for HR management and business
Deliver routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and responds to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests
Conduct data analysis on HR data
Prepare reports and statistics in support of HR operations
Coordinate, schedule and track progress of specialized work projects or departmental functions
Respond verbally or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems providing information requiring comprehensive knowledge of university policies and procedures
Acts as primary focal point to technical administrative questions and ensure necessary follow up

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience with ERP
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in HR areaAdvanced knowledge of Azerbaijani and English
Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani& English (knowledge of Russian is an asset)
