Coordinate on-site ticketing operations before and during the event, including ticket scanning, will call services, and guest list management.
Supervise ticketing venue staff and ensure efficient and accurate execution of ticketing processes.
Address any ticketing-related issues or discrepancies as they arise during the event.
Work closely with Logistics, Transport, Workforce, and Venue Delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of ticketing operations with overall event planning.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners involved in ticketing operations to streamline processes and enhance the overall ticketing experience for attendees.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in ticketing, event management, or customer service roles is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external partners.
Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, during the event period.
Fluency in English and Azerbaijani languages is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
