Vakansiyanın təsviri
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing/labeling boxes; placing orders in delivery area;
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards and principles;
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations tidy and in order; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
- Maintaining and servicing of the warehouse equipment like forklifts, trans pallets, trucks follow to the safety rules;
- Coordinating work with other team members; completes reports by entering required information;
- Responsible to assemble and disassemble goods, materials accurately in order; must be able to ensure accuracy of orders;
- Implementation and maintenance of duties according to the warehouse and HSE safety guidelines;
- Responsible on forklift driving, loading and unloading; proficiently load and unload trailers as directed based on HSE and WH safety regulations;
- Responsibility of conducting regular inspection of the forklift to insure its safety and ability of performing the operations;
- Participate in physical inventories as directed; checking, counting, weighting of inventory;
- Responsible to accomplish, implement, and operate all required business duties as delegated by lead person;
- The individual will follow and maintain all the Companies Policies and Procedures;
- The employee shall follow the requirements of the Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policy and any Additional safety requirements that may be placed;
- To maintain the quality of the warehouse, to account for damaged equipment and to report to the supervised entities about it;
- The employee is responsible to perform any tasks within the frames of his job description assigned by employer at any premises, WH, facilities belonging to employer or any third party (Under “any third party”, it’s understood to be any legal or physical entities having contracted by employer);
- Fulfillment of other responsibilities assigned by the management;
- Travelling to Business trip to regions if required;
- Ability to work overtime and night time 24/7 reachable.
Xüsusi tələblər
- High school or University Education;
- 2 years and more work experience in warehousing;
- Fleuncy in Azerbaijani, and English, Russian is preffered;
- Basic understanding of telecom equipment;
- Teamwork;
