  • Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. 
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and company career portals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in HR database.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Support the development and maintenance of talent pipelines for key roles within the organization, including proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the team as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Existing Systems improvement and development
  • By fulfilling working duties execution of the immediate superviser and department manager’s verbal and written instructions as well as following the existing internal rules.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Higher Education
  • Strong interviewing skills.
  • Knowledge and expertise in competency based selections is preferable
  • Knowledge and experience with key recruitment metrics
  • Knowledge and experience on other HR functions and processes is a big plus
  • Work eperience- not required
  • Knowledge of MS Office Programmes
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani and English languages. Russian language is preferable
