Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation.
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements
Schedule interviews between candidates and managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and company career portals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in HR database.
Collaborate with team members to develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Support the development and maintenance of talent pipelines for key roles within the organization, including proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the team as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.

By fulfilling working duties execution of the immediate superviser and department manager’s verbal and written instructions as well as following the existing internal rules.

Strong interviewing skills.
Knowledge and expertise in competency based selections is preferable
Knowledge and experience with key recruitment metrics
Knowledge and experience on other HR functions and processes is a big plus
Work eperience- not required
Knowledge of MS Office Programmes
Fluent in Azerbaijani and English languages. Russian language is preferable
