  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target customers and key decision-makers
  • Lead sales meetings and presentations with potential clients
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective customers
  • Develop sales plans and strategies to meet customer needs
  • Negotiate with vendors and distributors to secure the best deals
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Track, monitor, and report sales performance
  • Full-time: 09:00 - 18:00, Mon - Fri
  • Salary: 800-1000 AZN + sales bonus

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments
  • Proficient with computers and CRM/ERP systems
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn about new products and services
  • Knowledge of delivery management or logistics industry is a plus
  • Strong ability to conduct market research and identify target customers
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with vendors and distributors
  • Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and proposing tailored solutions
  • Experience in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • mStrong organizational skills to manage multiple sales activities effectively
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani (native proficiency), with proficiency in english and russian
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
