To manage full project life cycle from scope, business case, and planning through to implementation, execution, and project closure
To execute projects within the given target time frame and budget
To be responsible for initiation stage, Project charter development, PIP development & execution, project monitoring and closure
Risk management (plan, assess, monitor, mitigate)
To coordinate client vendor activities (follow on each project stage including but not limited to procurement planning, tender process, contracting follow-up, e.g. ASR, PO, CPA etc., cash flow management, execution oversee, claims management, steering committee facilitation etc.)
To be responsible for project resource management
To be end-to-end responsible for project meetings (Prepare presentations and status updates, distribute agendas, document action items, distribute notes and
update appropriate status using tracking tools)
To track project performance
To communicate status of project and initiatives to all stakeholders
To carry out other tasks related to the position assigned by management

Higher or Master Degree Education
Project management expertise (PMP and / or Prince 2 certification will be an advantage)
2 years of PM experience in telecom industry
Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs (especially MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Power Point)
Azeri – advanced; Russian – edvanced; English – advanced
