Support the monitoring and enforcement of cost accounting policy compliance across the organization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to aid in the accurate introduction and maintenance of BOM data in the SAP system.
Assist in preparing reports that compare BOM data in SAP with actual production data, identifying discrepancies, and suggesting corrective actions.
Participate in the review and validation of work orders, ensuring costs are accurately captured. Contribute to the preparation of cost analysis reports to ald management in decision-making and cost control measures. Keep abreast of the latest trends and changes in industry cost accounting standards.
Regularly collaborate with finance, production, and procurement departments to ensure the integrity of cost data.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting or a related area, with preference for experience in the refinery or petrochemical sector
Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
Strong skills in data analysis and use of reporting tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Certified Managerment Accountant (CMA) certification is beneficial.
