• Coordinates and executes, in alignment with HR department, the On Boarding Program for Retail staff
• Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement:
• Evaluates exis existing training materials of sales staff determining what changes need to be made to keep these materials relevant and updated
• Produce physicalidigital educational materials (eg. videos and case studies) and training schedules
• Conducts product training, sales training and customer services programs for sales teams, 
• Train the salespeople on how to promote company's products and services effectively:
• Keeps abreast of new product developments and updates training programs accordingly.

• Work experience as a Retail Trainer, Product Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role
• Experience in retail industry,
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong presentation skils;
• Designing and implementing training and development methods/programs:
• Ability to design and develop related training programs
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Bachelor's degree in a related field:
• MS Office Programs.
