• Capacity building activities of young return volunteers in in delivering effective Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE) to at-risk communities, particularly those recently relocated internally displaced persons (IDPs).
• Facilitate EORE activities within the communities, including awareness training sessions, talks, discussions, and information distribution to residents by the trained young return volunteers in Tartar, Zangilan, Fuzuli, Lachin, Shusha and Khojaly districts.
• Provision of photo and video services throughout the training days.

Conduct capacity building activities for young return volunteers to equip them with the skills and knowledge required to deliver effective Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE) to at-risk communities, especially those recently relocated internally displaced persons (IDPs). The activities should include practical training sessions, role-playing, and interactive modules.

Training sessions held, with attendance records and feedback collected from participants.

Facilitate EORE activities within the communities, including awareness training sessions, talks, discussions, and distribution of information to residents. These activities will be led by the trained young return volunteers in Tartar, Zangilan, Fuzuli, Lachin, Shusha and Khojaly districts.

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Education, Skills building, behaviour change, social sciences and teaching.
• At least 5 years of professional work experience in the field of social work, child/adolescent development, and/or support to volunteer/youth activities.
• Understanding of EORE principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven experience in training and capacity building, particularly with young people and community volunteers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor training activities. Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage and motivate participants effectively.
• Experience in working with developmental partners, including UN, and governmental partners.
• Previous work experience in conflict-affected or post-conflict regions.
• Previous work experience with NGOs and volunteers.
• Excellent Azerbaijani communication and writing skills.
